Self-adhesive grounding tape has conductive glue to bridge cracks on surfaces for a long-term grounding.  Due to its electrically conductive glue, it can be glued not only UNDER, but also ON shielding paints, fleeces or nettings - it sticks even on difficult surfaces, and as it is only 0.11mm thick, it is difficult to see under shielding paints!
